Commercial roofing and roll off service inside Kissimmee city limits may be subject to the City’s exclusive commercial hauling arrangement; we confirm apparent eligibility before booking.
Quotes and Pricing
Pricing is confirmed by phone before your rental is booked. Your quote states the container size, base price, included rental period, and included weight allowance. Additional charges may apply for weight over the included allowance, extra rental days, a mid rental swap, blocked pickup, failed delivery, overfilling, or prohibited material found in the load. These charges, when they apply, are billed at the rate stated on your quote or confirmation.
Same Day and Scheduled Delivery
Same day delivery may be available when the order and payment are confirmed before our cutoff time, the requested container is in stock, the material is approved, the delivery address qualifies, and site and route conditions allow. Same day delivery is not guaranteed. For scheduled deliveries, we confirm a delivery window in advance.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing a safe, accessible placement area for the container, including clearing vehicles and obstacles, and for confirming any permit or HOA approval required for your property or community before delivery. We can help confirm apparent jurisdiction, but the responsible government agency or HOA makes the final determination on permits and placement approval. You are responsible for keeping debris below the container’s top rail and for not loading prohibited materials.
Accepted and Prohibited Materials
Accepted materials vary by service and are listed on our service pages. Prohibited materials include paint, chemicals, fuel, oil, batteries, propane cylinders, asbestos, medical waste, and other regulated or hazardous items. Loading prohibited material may result in a handling charge and delayed pickup. Call us before loading anything you are unsure about.
Driveway and Property Protection
When placement and surface conditions allow, we use protective boards to reduce direct contact between the container and your driveway or property. We cannot guarantee against damage to existing cracks, soft pavers, weakened surfaces, or underground utilities and irrigation lines that were not disclosed to us before delivery.
Payment
Payment is due at booking unless otherwise agreed. Weight overage and other applicable charges are billed after your load is weighed at the receiving facility or otherwise determined, as stated in your confirmation.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a delivery. We will work with you on timing, though a delivery already in route may not be cancellable without a charge.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by weather, road conditions, disposal facility hours, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Our liability for any claim related to your rental is limited to the amount you paid for that rental, except where limiting liability is not allowed by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from your rental will be handled in the courts of Osceola County, Florida.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to that rental.
